KOKUHO ROSE ORGANIC RICE✐How to Cook
❶ Add the rice and water into the pot or rice cooker.
Quantity☛ brown rice 1 cup : water 1.2 cup
(On a cold day, it is better warm water around 100°F than cool water)
If you have rice cooker which has brown rice course, you should put it to the line of brown rice.
❷Covered pot and soak over night.
Because an enzyme is created inside to begin sprouted preparations by soaking in water, and nutritive value of the GABA increases to 10 times. Because Koda brown rice is alive so it will be sprouted.
When you don’t have enough time, 1-2 hours is ok but we recommend that you should use the warm water because it is better for nutrition.
❸Put a pinch of natural salt.
❹Cook(Don't drain soak water, use same water)
♛Cook Thicker pot
Put the pot with a tight-fitting lid which water and brown rice are in on the stove and boil with a high heat at the first. If it boils, make a low heat and more for 20 minutes. Don’t open lid soon and wait for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes open lid and stir the top and bottom with rice scoop.

♞Cook Presser cooker

When the pin of the pressure cooker goes up and becomes the pressurization, make a low heat and more for 20 minutes. Turn off the fire. Wait for a pin to fall down naturally. After that open and stir the top and bottom with rice scoop.
